Delivery Information

We ship our products with the Dutch transportation company KDZ.
Tatanka takes all the responsabilities for products which arrive damaged. This means that you can return the damaged products.
We ship only to the EU countries

Shipping costs
Those you can calculate before placing the order.
For Europe: an order amount greater than € 90,00, the shipping is free.
Your shipping Address
Make sure that the shipping address is a residential or a company address. Do not use a PO-box, Post-office or packingstation as a shipping address.
All our packages are shipped discreetly and without logo. There is no indication on the outside of the package what the content is. Only your address is mentioned
Shipping time
Within the Netherlands the average shipping time is 1-2 working days.
For Europe the average shipping time is 3-6 workingdays.

Import duties and taxes:
It depends upon each country if the buyer must pay duties and taxes.

The customer is responsible for import taxes in his or her country. Tatanka can not be held responsible for the confiscation of a product in connection with customs regulation in the country of destination. The customer has the responsibility to inform the customs regulations before ordering, upon his or her local tax office. Tatanka has no control over this and can not be held here for responsible.

When will I receive my order


When we receive your payment, your order will be processed. You will be notified of this by email. Your order will be shipped the same or next business day. After the order is handed to the shipping company you will receive another email with the tracking code.
Return Policy
When a product has arrived defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately after receiving via In any case within 7 days after you receive the product. Clearly mention why you want to return an item, and always state your order number! Then, the return process starts. 

When a product has arrived damaged, take a picture with date stamp. Send it to and clearly state your order number. We will investigate whether the complaint is justified.If the complaint is unfounded, then the shipping costs are for you.

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 7 days (if they are undamaged and unopened!). In that case shipping costs are for you. Don't forget to state your order number

Never send an item back before you've had contact with our Servicedesk.

Return shipments are for the risk of the purchaser. This means that Tatanka is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Please ask at the post office always a tracking code and keep it.
