Returns Policy


Tatanka uses its own privacy to decide wether or not a product will be replaced. To be replaced a product needs to be unused and the box needs to be seal as it was when delivered.

In a general way replacement on seeds, mushrooms and grow kits won't be process. We also want to inform our customers that we don't offer refund.
If customer requests a return, and we gave our approval, the product will be replaced against another article somehow the shipping will be on customer's charge.

In case of defected products, we don't offer reimbursement.
Somehow after investigating (we kindly ask our customers to send us proof such as pictures to justify the replacement) we can replace the product on our own fees. Depending on the situation, we also might ask our customers to send back the defected product.

However please be aware that we will not replace seeds, grow kits or truffles unless there are physical dammages on the boxes due to the packaging or shipping.
