How to Use
Take 2 capsules of L-Tritofan before going to sleep with plenty of water, morning after take 2 more capsules L-Tritofan with plenty of water. Or any time when you feel low mental enery, take 2 capsules with Vitamin B6.

Taking high doses of L-Tritofan in combination with Vitamin B6 can cause unwanted side effects. Do not take more than 4 capsules on L-Tritofan per day and leave space when you don’t take L-Tritofan on a daily base.
