The love herb Damiana is a mysterious herb with libido-heightening and psychoactive effects. It’s been popular in Mexico for centuries because of its medicinal effects on a number of ailments. In the West Damiana is mostly known as an aphrodisiac because of its slight cannabis-like effects.
The psychoactive effect can be compared to the use of a light sort of marihuana. It relaxes and has a euphoric effect. The extract is ten times more potent than the dried herb. The high of Damiana lasts for around an hour.
How to Use
Add 1 gram to a cup full of boiling water and leave it for around 5 minutes. Add honey to taste and drink. Allow half an hour to an hour for the desired effect to kick in, preferably on an empty stomach.
